Xinhua đưa tin, ngày 7/9, cảnh sát Đài Loan đã bắt giữ 12 người bị cáo buộc truyền phát văn hóa phẩm đồi trụy. 12 người này tham gia vào việc phát tán ảnh nóng và clip sex của thiếu gia Lý Tông Thụy - người đang bị bắt giữ vì tội cưỡng hiếp, chụp lén, quay clip sex đối với hàng chục phụ nữ, trong đó có nhiều diễn viên, người mẫu.

Các đối tượng bị bắt giữ đều là nam giới, tuổi từ 20 đến 40, trong đó, không ít người thuộc tầng lớp trí thức. Theo luật của Đài Loan, mức xử phạt đối với tội truyền phát văn hóa phẩm đồi trụy là ngồi tù dưới 2 năm và nộp phạt dưới 30 nghìn Đài tệ (21 triệu đồng).

Một đối tượng bị khám xét đúng lúc đang... tải phim sex. Khi cảnh sát yêu cầu tắt máy tính, anh này lớn tiếng: "Không được tắt, tắt đi thì công tôi tải nãy giờ đi tong à?".

Sau khi bị đưa tới đồn cảnh sát để làm rõ quá trình phát tán ảnh, clip sex Lý Tông Thụy, cả 12 người đã nộp mỗi người 20 nghìn Đài tệ để được bảo lãnh tại ngoại.

Theo Ifeng, sáng 7/9, Lý Tông Thụy tiếp tục bị đưa ra xét xử. Ở phiên xét xử này, thông qua luật sư, Lý yêu cầu được xem lại toàn bộ các clip sex, qua đó làm rõ vấn đề có hay không việc bị cáo gây mê, cưỡng bức... các cô gái.
